ABOUT ME

Bobby

chin

Hi, my name is Bobby Chin. I am a personal trainer and sports massage practitioner based in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

I have been an avid bodybuilder for 30 years which lead to my fascination of how the human body reacts to different types of training and the foods that we put in it. I have worked in many gyms and health clubs over the past 19 years gaining an abundance of knowledge by working with and observing other trainers and learning how to, and more importantly how not to train clients. I hold a BSc Hons degree in Health Related Exercise and Fitness, a NABBA Level 3 Personal Training Diploma, a agb afitness Diploma in Sports Nutrition, and I am a HFST certified Sports Massage Practitioner.

My focus is on my clients. It is of the utmost importance to me that you as my client receive the best service possible. The methods that I use are tried and tested by professional trainers with great success. There are no faddy exercises and diets prescribed here.

I use scientifically based methods of functional training and optimum nutrition and apply them to you as an individual based upon your current physical condition and desired outcome. All that I require from you is your dedication to reach your goals. I will help you to stay focused and on track towards your goals by motivating you and giving you the knowledge required to do so.

Be prepared to work hard and have lots of fun in the process. Personal training will enrich your life, making you feel healthy and more confident as you grow stronger and fitter. A healthy lifestyle is desired by many but very few actually reach out and grab the opportunity. 6 Week transformation

6 week transformation programmes are designed specifically for those who want to attain a certain look within a specific time-frame. In order to totally transform your body into a lean jaw dropping (I kid you not!) new you 6 weeks is the ideal time-frame in which to apply all of the required components of the transformation programme, after which you will be in the shape of your life.

 

12 week transformation programmes include:

  • Figure/physique analysis & goal setting

  • 2 gym workouts per week

  • Food plan with weekly nutrition checks

general mentoring

If you can't or don't need to commit to a set time frame there are other options available.

 

  • Casual regular sessions for general instruction, spotting, and guidance

  • Weekly/monthly check-ins to ensure that your training and nutrition are on point

  • Working through any sticking points
