This is your personal training plan. It is a very simple, easy to follow process. I want your transformation to run as smoothly possible and be as easy and as pleasurable as we can make it for you. In order for us to do this you must study each section and become very familiar with all aspects of your plan as this is the determining factor that will lead to your success.
If and when you are having difficulty with any aspect of your plan I am here to help you. All you have to do is contact me via Whatsapp so that we can talk through and resolve any issues that may occur. So let's get focused and let's get to it!
1. Nutrition Plan
This nutrition plan has been designed specifically for you based on the details that you supplied. By following this plan as prescribed you will ensure that your progress is optimal. It is imperative that you are honest with me and honest with yourself about the ongoing management of your diet as we progress throughout your transformation.
2. Training Plan
Your training plan is designed for you to reach your goals in the quickest time possible. By following this plan you will reshape your mind & your body far beyond what you once thought possible. Technique and effort are key here. We are training for optimal muscle growth & maximum fat loss. Here is the training protocol that I have mapped out for you in order to complete your transformation.
3. Progress Map
Here you can check on your progress throughout your transformation. Before, during & after photos, plans of action & notes on your progress will all be kept here for us to monitor and check in on.
