Good overall strength is a sign of good overall health. Being strong in certain areas of your body and weak in other areas has unfortunately become the norm for most people. Even some people who already train regularly develop muscular imbalances due to various factors and influences, such as: training style/technique, working conditions, and lifestyle in general.
